We had another successful season with a team spirit that seemed to getter stronger and stronger particularly against tough opposition. We started off in August winning the Brackley Athletic Memorial Invitational tournament and recently got through to the semi-finals at Brackley Town. We were also very close to getting in to the end of season Cup Event Finals.

We enjoyed a team day out at MK Dons to see how the professionals do it early in the season.

We have been able to welcome some new local players recently, James and Carson, whom have both fitted in well but we will be sad to lose Lewis Button as he is emigrating to Spain and he has been a very reliable and enthusiastic member of our squad since he was 5. We are looking forward to the challenge next season when we move to 9-a-side and in a couple of weeks time we are playing at Northamptons Town’s Sixfields Stadium, home of the League 2 champions which should be a great experience.
